Love this stuff! I can definitely tell when I don’t use it, as my restless leg syndrome really plays up. This combined with oral magnesium is great! This was my first time using magnesium oil and I was pleased that it doesn’t leave a weird residue on my hands, so I can apply in bed and there’s no need to get up again to wash my hands. 100% recommend!

My beautiful daughter was lucky enough to win a giveaway of Magnesium Oil and thought I might like it. I am in my late 50’s and do suffer from a few muscle pains. I have used the oil at night as needed and it works exactly as stated. Just wonderful. Helped with a recent knee injury too which really did impress! Love the tingling feeling. For Me, Natural Duo Magnesium Oil literally worked overnight. I had an acupuncture appointment lined up for the muscular tension in my left shoulder and neck area. My Magnesium Oil arrived so I applied a few sprays before bed, mainly out of curiosity, to see how I woke up. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke pain free. The tension had completely disappeared overnight. I also found the oil helped with my calf muscles after a morning run. I applied the oil before I headed off to work and my calves are definitely not as tight as they would normally be. Highly recommend this product, and have even purchased another bottle to keep in my gym bag.
