Shipping policy
The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute Naturalogy's Shipping policy.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this as proof of your purchase.
After your payment is verified, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 days, and some may take up to 7 business days.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS.
Our website is set to ship domestically only, from QLD to anywhere in Australia. International shipping is optional via custom orders.
DELIVERY RATES.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, and the fees will be displayed.
Standard Shipping rates are subject to change; at present are as follows:
- up to 1kg = $12.9
- up to 3kg = $16.5
- up to 5kg = $18.9
- up to 10kg = $33.5
- up to 25kg = $49.9
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We endeavor to get your items to you in the fastest possible timeframe. Once your order is placed, an Estimated Delivery Time will be provided. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Weather delays or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, rest assured, we make every effort to fulfill your order.
Orders are shipped via Interparcel as a first option. Remote areas and PO Box are shipped via AusPost.
Delivery estimated times are 2-8 business days. It usually takes 7-10 business days to WA, SA.
We also offer AuPost Express Shipping optional at checkout.
Please note:
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location or method, and the items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments or boxes.
TRACKING OPTIONS.
We provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.
All parcels are sent with the ATL option. If you prefer a Signature on Delivery, please request it at the checkout box.
DAMAGES.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any damage to the product packaging, the product is defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@naturalogy.com.au
We will then evaluate the issue to approve a partial Refund or a Replacement, within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE.
There are several reasons why a shipment gets lost or becomes a delivery exception, more often than not, the parcel is either in the building or with a neighbor. We politely request that customers look around in common courier hiding spots. If you do not find your parcel, contact us at hello@naturalogy.com.au to report missing or lost packages. Naturalogy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or parcels delayed in transit.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Naturalogy is not responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Natural Duo prior to the order being shipped and may incur additional fees. The Shipping cost for orders is not refundable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products (handmade, personal care goods, custom products). But please get in touch if you have concerns about your specific item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS.
We accept cancellations ONLY within 6 hours after placing your order.
