Important Information

▸Bath Ritual
Add half a cup to warm water. Stir gently to dissolve, step in, and allow yourself 20 minutes of quiet relaxation as the herbal aroma fills the space.
▸Foot Soak Ritual
Add a handful of salts to a bowl of warm water. Soak feet for 10–15 minutes while breathing in the botanical aroma.
▸Steam Ritual
Add 1 tablespoon to a bowl of hot steaming water. Place nearby while journaling, meditating, or relaxing. Allow the botanical aroma to gently fill the space.
▸Optional: place salts in a muslin soak bag if you prefer to keep botanicals contained, and easier clean-up.
