Use one tube for a foot soak, bath or aromatic steam bowl. A little goes a long way.

▸ Foot Soak
Add the contents of one tube to a bowl of warm water, soak feet for 10–15 minutes, and relax.

▸ Steam
Add the contents to a bowl of hot steaming water and place nearby while relaxing, journaling or unwinding.
