▸SLEEP: Roll on the soles of the feet and bottom of the big toe or wrists at least 10mins before bedtime.
▸BRAVE: Roll onto the wrists, or soles of the feet if possible, and take deep breaths as needed.
▸CALM: Roll on the back of the neck and wrists or inhale deeply from cupped hands.
▸FOCUS: Roll on the back of the neck and inhale deeply from the bottle.
▸BREATHE: Roll on the chest, back of the neck or soles of the feet, optionally inhale deeply from cupped hands.
▸HEALTH: Roll on the soles of the feet and down the spine or wrists once a day, or 3xday when extra care is needed.
▸DIGEST: Roll on the soles of the feet or directly onto the abdomen and gently massage.
