▸RELAX: Roll on the chest and wrists, inhale deeply. Apply on the soles of the feet when extra needed.
▸SLEEP: Roll on the soles of the feet and bottom of the big toe or wrists at least 10mins before bedtime.
▸FOCUS: Roll on the back of the neck, temples or wrists and inhale deeply. Reapply as needed.
▸HEALTH: Roll on the soles of the feet and down the spine or wrists once a day, or 3xday when extra care is needed.
▸DIGESTION: Roll on the soles of the feet or directly onto the abdomen and gently massage.
