▸Apply a few sprays onto the legs, abdomen or soles of the feet. Gently massage and allow absorbing for 10 minutes.
▸Use daily for better results on LOWER HALF of the body for a relaxing effect and bedtime. (or UPPER HALF to increase energy).
▸Skin may tingle due to Magnesium deficiency. Rinse with warm water if desired after absorption.
▸As every person is unique we recommend Patch Test first on the feet. Wait 15 minutes to check for an eventual reaction.
▸Do not apply to broken skin.
