▸Apply a few sprays onto the legs, abdomen or soles of the feet. Gently massage and allow absorbing for 10 minutes.
▸Use daily for better results. UPPER HALF of the body to increase energy. LOWER HALF for a relaxing effect and bedtime.
▸Skin may tingle due to Magnesium deficiency. Rinse with warm water if desired after absorption.
▸As every person is unique we recommend Patch Test first on the feet. Wait 15 minutes to check for an eventual reaction.
