Sarah Love this stuff! I can definitely tell when I don’t use it, as my restless leg syndrome really plays up. This combined with oral magnesium is great! This was my first time using magnesium oil and I was pleased that it doesn’t leave a weird residue on my hands, so I can apply in bed and there’s no need to get up again to wash my hands. 100% recommend!
