Add ½ cup to warm water. Stir gently to dissolve, step in, and enjoy 20 minutes of quiet relaxation while the earthy scent fills the space.

▸ Foot Soak
Add a handful of salts to a bowl of warm water. Soak feet for 10–15 minutes while enjoying the botanical aroma.

▸ Steam
Add 1 tablespoon to a bowl of hot steaming water. Place nearby while journaling, meditating or relaxing, and allow the musky aroma to fill the space.

▸ Optional: Muslin Soak Bag
Place salts in a muslin soak bag if you prefer to keep the botanicals contained and make clean-up easier.
